Reinventing Coldwater Creek

Like so many businesses,
Coldwater Creek was hit hard by the pandemic.
But that didn't stop them from reinventing themselves yet again.

Here, I helped them tell their new brand story, bringing them
back to the roots of their original brand – welcoming home their
loyal customers who'd been with them from the start – and
inviting new friends to fall in love with
Coldwater Creek.

Coldwater Creek – Digital

Over the past several years, Coldwater Creek did an incredible job of refreshing the brand and infusing new life with model shots and vibrant imagery. I loved being a part of the transition as they began opening stores again and embracing the youthful spirit of their 55+ audience.

Coldwater Cares™

Coldwater Creek designed Coldwater Cares out of the love for their community of loyal customers and the beauty of nature and the environment. Each year, the uniquely designed Coldwater Cares scarf was a much anticipated item that always sold out quickly. The net proceeds from sales of the scarf were donated to organizations that supported women and children in need. I wrote the content for the Coldwater Cares microsite.
